As an Optical Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their optical needs, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the optical retail store.
- Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct basic eye measurements and adjustments for glasses.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
- Achieve sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
