Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the boutique maintains an appealing and on-brand appearance.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and manage daily sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively promote Lakon Indonesia’s collections.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for fashion are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales software.
- Well-groomed, stylish, and confident in engaging with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands or high-end retail is an advantage.
