Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies to meet business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with buying, planning, and marketing teams to ensure product assortments align with brand goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and KPIs to optimize product availability and profitability.
- Support the launch of new products, including pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure high-quality products.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to recommend improvements in product offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, buying, product management, or a related field in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management, from sourcing to sales.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or ERP systems).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
