Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend items that meet customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Vocational Course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
