Responsibility
- Accurately process and record customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to confirm order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication.
- Update and maintain order databases, CRM systems, and sales records in real time.
- Follow up with clients to confirm order receipt, address discrepancies, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service (retail, e-commerce, or B2B preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
