Responsibility
- Accurately process and input customer orders into the company’s system in a timely manner.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with customers via phone, email, or in-person to confirm orders and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all orders, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, such as incorrect items, pricing errors, or delivery delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering product recommendations and upselling opportunities where applicable.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or order processing, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using order management systems, CRM software, or basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market and business landscape is an advantage.
