Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail stores in Bali to take orders and ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to drive sales and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective order-taking and upselling strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail locations and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to the sales manager.
- Participate in promotional activities and in-store demonstrations to boost product awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market and local business culture is advantageous.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and comfortable using sales tracking tools.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license for travel within Bali.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
