Responsibility
- Receive and accurately process customer orders via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide real-time updates to customers on order status, delays, or changes.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, customer interactions, and order modifications.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or order processing (retail or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or order management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local business practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
