Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking products, conducting stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Educate customers on our eco-friendly products and their benefits to promote sustainable choices.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in merchandising activities, including product displays and promotional setups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in eco-friendly or luxury retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious living.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
