Responsibility
- Manage and service assigned sales routes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to meet customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and deliveries.
- Report sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights to the sales manager.
- Ensure the van and products are well-maintained and presented professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Physical fitness to handle product loading, unloading, and delivery tasks.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions in Bali.
