Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded consistently.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, order processing, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a focus on target achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using sales management software, CRM tools, or ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
