Responsibility
- Assist in sales operations, including order processing, client communications, and sales reporting.
- Manage import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Perform system data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP platforms.
- Support logistics coordination, including shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
