Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the gaming and trading sectors.
- Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, distribution, and supply chain coordination.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and logistics teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts with production and delivery schedules.
- Optimize cost efficiency in logistics while maintaining service quality and timeliness.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, logistics metrics, and operational KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and logistics management, preferably in the trading or gaming industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage complex logistics operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
