Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end retail operations, including inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination for newspapers and magazines.
- Develop and implement strategic distribution plans to maximize market penetration and reader accessibility in Bali.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably in the media industry.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel distribution networks and optimizing operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
