Responsibility
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies across assigned branches, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor branch P&L, collections, and expense management to ensure profitability and financial health.
- Customer Experience: Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence and efficient problem resolution.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Inventory Control: Optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand without overstocking.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, operations, or branch management, preferably in the automotive, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
