Responsibility
- Lead and motivate branch teams to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, automotive industry standards, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve turnover.
- Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving escalations, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Manage collections and financial performance, including credit control, cash flow, and revenue reporting.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs to enhance team productivity and skill development.
- Collaborate with regional managers to forecast demand, adjust strategies, and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all branch facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or automotive industry certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch management, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams of 10+ members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM tools, and financial software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
