Responsibility
- Develop and maintain sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to senior management.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks, including contract management and order processing.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales training programs and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
