Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on sales performance, supply chain metrics, and factory operations for executive review.
- Analyze logistics and production data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, production) to ensure alignment between reporting and business objectives.
- Automate and optimize reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to support strategic procurement decisions.
- Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis for operational and sales departments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies in all reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales reporting, supply chain analytics, or operational support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, factory operations, and sales metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
