Responsibility
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from suppliers to meet company requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations and contract renewals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for supplier communications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics industries is a plus.
