Responsibility
- Inspect completed products for quantity, quality, and accuracy to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any defects, discrepancies, or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, including any defects or discrepancies found.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization of the warehouse or storage area.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on quality control procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
