Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Manage manpower allocation and production priorities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Enforce safety protocols and disciplinary measures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to minimize delays and maximize output.
- Identify and address yield loss issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit production reports, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
