Responsibility
- Identify and scout potential customers, including restaurants, travel agencies, and corporate clients, to promote Bobopods.
- Conduct on-site visits to restaurants and other establishments to pitch Bobobox's unique accommodation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and local market dynamics in Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality is preferred.
