Responsibility
- Drive sales of new and used vehicles by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and negotiations to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local sales promotions and events.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assist with vehicle trade-ins, financing options, and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Contribute to a positive and professional dealership environment by working closely with the sales and service teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field (e.g., retail, real estate, or hospitality).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and after-sales services is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Russian) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to conduct test drives and travel within Bali as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or automotive studies are a bonus.
