Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue in Bali’s luxury property sector.
- Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and real estate agencies to expand our network and pipeline.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local regulations to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Performance Tracking: Implement KPIs, sales metrics, and CRM tools to track team performance and optimize conversion rates.
- Property Portfolio Growth: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to curate and promote an exclusive inventory of premium properties.
- Negotiation & Closing: Oversee high-value transactions, ensuring seamless processes from inquiry to closing.
- Brand Representation: Uphold Jendela360’s reputation as a trusted name in Bali’s real estate market through professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role (luxury property experience is a plus).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Bali’s property market, including zoning laws, investment trends, and buyer demographics.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets and closing high-value deals.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Indonesian; excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms.
- Networking: Existing connections with developers, investors, or real estate professionals in Bali are advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
