Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for medical products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, conferences, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for client visits.
