Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the fuel and energy sector.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including businesses, industries, and government agencies, through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities in Baliâs energy market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of fuel and energy solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product innovations, and sustainability practices to position Tec Fuel as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fuel, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
