Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and trade events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand standards and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational background: SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 in any discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards to reflect the company’s image.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation techniques.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Bali regions) as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
