Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote BRI Finance products and services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting and lead conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali.
- Provide personalized financial solutions to clients based on their needs and financial goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and BRI Finance’s product portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with financial products such as loans, leasing, or investment services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
