Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of clients by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process applications, underwriting, and claims efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with general insurance products and regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
