Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and inventory teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.
- Passion for furniture, design, and home decor with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali, with a valid work permit if applicable.
