Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the engineering or technical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
