Join Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel as a Sales & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Operations Specialist and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel and event experiences in Bali’s most sought-after destinations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
In this dynamic position, you will drive sales growth, manage high-profile corporate and leisure events, and ensure seamless execution of MICE operations. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals for MICE and luxury travel packages.
- Coordinate end-to-end MICE operations, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, logistics, and on-site event management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and local vendors to ensure premium service delivery.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and cost estimates for clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and budgets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities in Bali’s tourism sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client expectations for all events and travel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and operational process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, MICE operations, or event management within the travel and hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including key destinations, venues, and service providers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and event management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
