Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Lead, mentor, and train front office staff to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage room reservations, allocations, and availability using property management systems (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on front office performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest feedback.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery.
- Assist in implementing hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
