Responsibility

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front office staff to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage room reservations, allocations, and availability using property management systems (PMS).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on front office performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest feedback.
  • Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery.
  • Assist in implementing hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric approach to service.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement.
