Responsibility
- Manage daily sales operations at assigned merchant locations in Bali.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked to maximize sales.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for restocking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment in compliance with company standards.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to management regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a stationary role at assigned merchant locations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
