Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all retail activities.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the store.
- Mentor, train, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, including health, safety, and labor standards.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by resolving escalated customer issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to implement strategic improvements and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with regional management to align store operations with broader company goals and initiatives.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in electronics, consumer goods, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Baliâs retail market and local business practices is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
