Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales in assigned retail locations.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff to drive collaboration and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, product placement, and promotional compliance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
