Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in retail outlets to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with retail partners to plan and execute in-store promotions, displays, and product placements.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising activities.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data to forecast demand and recommend adjustments to merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product presentation, pricing, and branding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, retail, FMCG, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Proficient in basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories in Bali.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
