Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner to assess their beauty needs.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and skin types.
- Demonstrate product applications and techniques to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer service and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and application techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty certifications are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
