Responsibility
- Assist the sales and marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and client proposals.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Handle administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to support sales operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
