Responsibility
- Translate written and verbal communications between Indonesian and Mandarin with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Manage and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for international stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between local and overseas teams to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support HR and administrative tasks, including onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin (written and spoken) and Indonesian/English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural interactions.
- Prior experience in the food industry or international business is a plus.
