Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for the manager, handling correspondence, calls, and emails in Mandarin and English.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Translate and interpret documents or conversations between Mandarin and Indonesian/English as needed.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and office supply management.
- Assist in organizing team events, workshops, and client meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Discretion, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with multicultural work environments is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred.
