Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression of our clinic
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using our clinic management software
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including processing payments and insurance information
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and confidential
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal clinic operations
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information about services and procedures
  • Manage clinic inventory of front office supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks including social media updates and promotional material distribution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front office administration, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic services
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
