Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Coordinate communication between local and international principals, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and organize office records, both digital and physical, with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents using Excel and other office tools.
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other operational support as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide general support to management and other departments as required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
