Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
