Responsibility
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and internal communications.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās business landscape is a plus.
