Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of coffee kiosk outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Oversee cash handling, financial transactions, and daily sales reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Coordinate with head office for stock replenishment and operational support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service at the outlet level
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Monitor and maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation, and branding standards
- Assist in training and supervising junior staff when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with financial services or retail operations is advantageous
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
