Responsibility
- Serve as a key communication link between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Assist in translating and interpreting documents, emails, and meetings to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Support customer service operations by handling inquiries and resolving issues in Mandarin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance language and industry-specific skills.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Languages, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
