Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and functional workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation to support smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and visitors.
  • Monitor and manage office security protocols, including visitor logs and access control systems.
  • Support event coordination and logistics for company meetings, workshops, and client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
