Responsibility
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, appointments, and medical procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using clinic management software.
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and insurance claims processing.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.

- Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
