Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a local sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Create and execute localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and demand.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the local market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
