Responsibility
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to drive sales conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and progress reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
